Hi, I'm Anna.
In business since 2011, three years deep in AI. The only thing I love more than automation is cats. 😼
The short version: in Russia I built MoreEmotions from scratch, an experiences aggregator, and grew it into the market leader in Krasnoyarsk. Since 2018 my husband and I have run Heritage, a leather goods brand. There I'm a co-founder in charge of automation and finance: the financial reports, for example, now build themselves (a case study is coming soon). In 2022 I moved to Tbilisi, kept running Heritage in parallel, and for the last three years went all in on AI and my own automation projects.
I'm not about "hustle and success" or magic pills. I'm for a scientific approach, methodologies, and a clear result: so the routine runs itself and you get to do what you started all this for. I also give the occasional talk on AI and automation in Tbilisi.
What I do.
Telegram bots: funnels for online schools, reminders, and bots that put together sales proposals for the sales team.
n8n automation (including self-hosted): I connect CRMs, payment systems, messengers, and spreadsheets so the data moves between them on its own. For example, at the Sami Residence language school payments by screenshot get sorted into the CRM with no manager.
AI agents: they talk to the client, collect requests, handle objections, and take the routine off people's plates.
Payment integrations: I connect Georgian payment systems to websites. I built my own Tilda ↔ Keepz middle-server to take payments right on the site.
Auto-reports and dashboards: the numbers collect and calculate themselves, all that's left is to draw the conclusions.
